My card today is a combination of several different challenges....
First my card is for today Feature Stamper on Splitcoast. The feature stamper this week is Barbara and she has an amazing gallery.... I choose to case this card seen here. I kept the Sketch on that card and change everything else.

This is my first time playing along with Flourishes challenge. Their challenge this week is to used something new... Well there is lots of new stuff on this card, first is the New Stamp from Our Daily Bread Designs (which will be available on Jan 1st). Second is the new Flourishes stamp that I use for the first time (just got these in the mail). Even my gold CS and ribbon is new, they are being use for the first time too. My gold card stock is called gold leaf and you can buy it at OBDB
I usually don't mix different company stamps, but this sentiment from ODBD fits into this oval flourishes frame so beautiful, I had to use them together!!!

Your Path.....
I had a little free time to stamp this morning and made this card. I made my frame with the corner scroll and it was inspire by one of Amy Sheffer card. She is so talented and all of her creation is STUNNING!!!
After making my first card with Tuesday Color Combination on Splitcoast, I was very please with the way the colors look together. I decided to use the color again for my card today. I had the Urban Garden paper for a while now and never use it, so I thought with these colors it would be a perfect chance to use this beautiful DP again. No telling when again I will use it ...... I tend to hoarder my DP, don't know why, because I have so many. I need HELP, I guess!!!! lol!!!
I don't have any Ribbon to match my card stock, so I dye some white ribbon with Baja Breeze ink and got me some Baja Ribbon!!! I think that I needed to add a few more drops of ink to make my ribbon a shade or two darker. This is my first time trying to dye ribbon. I think it turn out ok, even though it is a not as dark as I would have like it to be. Oh well I learn now for next time.
If you need a closer look at my card please click on the picture!!

SC206 Flowers for you.....
This is the Sketch to follow SC206.
Here is my take!! This card looks better in my head that in person. I have no idea what went wrong! But as we all know, not all of our creations turn out the way we want them to. To create my flowers I use SU 5 Petal Flower Punch and punch 6 riding hood red flowers. I also use SU Boho Blossom punch and punch 3 olive olive and 3 pink pirouette flower. I wrap each flowers into tine ball, open them up, then every layer of flower has been sponged with coordinating ink to brighten the colours and make it pop. Pearls is then added for the finishing touch....

Mojo Madness.....
Julee's Mojo Madness Contest #63Ok, So here is the deal with this card! My internet was down this morning and I had to find something to do, beside cleaning my house! (Who wants to clean when they can be making card..LOL!!). I decided to make a card for Julee Mojo Monday Sketch 63. I remember a little what the sketch look like and I also remember her saying " Embraces the white space!"... Well that is all that I remember and I started to make my card after I finish all the piercing and had all the layers finish and was ready to put the card together, my internet was up. I went to Julee's blog and look at the sketch and what she said, and realized that my card is a little different from the sketch, because I EMBRACES the WHITE a little too much. LOL!!! The piercing took me forever to do and I was not going to redo the whole card so I leave it just the way it is. Hope this will work for Julee's Mojo Monday Madness....

SC195 I wait for the Lord
My card layout is for today Sketch Challenge over on Splitcoast and my colors are for Kwerner Color inspiration #33. These are some more colors I was skeptical to work with, but once again I was wrong, they look great. I use my new stamp from Our Daily Bread Designs called I wait for the Lord. I could not find any Designer Paper that I think will stand out with this Sketch, so I decided to use my Ornare,(which you can also find at ODBD) to complete my card. I think it give my card the finishing touch without using any DP. I also add some rhinestone and pearls to give it a little more detail.

CC195 My First Award!!
I got my First Award Yeah!!!
My wonderful friend Jane gave me these awesome Award!! I cant believe that I got my first Award, I am so excited!!!! Thank you Jane. I am new to this so I hope that I am doing it right.
The award originally came from Tasha at Millie's Magical Moments http://milliesmagicalmoments.blogspot.com/ and she translated the meaning from Portuguese to English: "This award invests and believes in proximity-(creating friendships)! -meaning that blogging makes us close ! also- These blogs are exceedingly charming. These bloggers aim to find and be friends. They are not interested in prizes or self-aggrandizement. Our hope is that when the ribbon of these awards are cut, even more friendships are propagated.
You Shouldn't Have...
Today's Color Combination on Splitcoast is Basic Vanilla Sand. I never use these colors together before, and was kinda a skeptical to try them. I gotta tell you I kinda like they way they look. My Penny Black stamps are dying to get inked, so I decided to use this cute little pig for my card. My layout is for Taylors Expression Cupcake Challenge #44.
